Fran. Okay seriously I like her for the same reason I like Clare, she starts off as a bumbling comic relief but eventually grows to be much more than that, hell she even finds out the rangers secret and acts as their mission control. Plus she can run JKP by herself whil the rangers run out, because she's awesome.
